On the 16 th December Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Paweł Gizicki, until then holding a position of a CEO deputy and the Financial Director to the post of a CEO. Based on the prior announcement Mr. Wojciech Pratkowki resigned from the held position.

Supervisory Board noted the following constitution change in August 2010.

Fota SA herewith informs about the commerce of an open recruitment process to the position of the joint stock CEO. Changes within the Management Board relate to the successfully conducted tasks brought by the current CEO Mr. Wojciech Pratkowski.
