Paweł Gizicki – President of Board
Paweł Gizicki is a graduate of International Trade at the department of Economy on the University of Gdańsk. Moreover he studied at Fachhochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Berlin. Mr. Gizicki is the an expert auditor. Throughout his professional carrier he was conducting a financial audit as well as financial management. Between 1996 – 2002 he worked at Arthur Andersen, later at Ernst & Young. Since 2004 until 2005 he held the position of Finance Director at Hachette Filipacchi Group Polska. He was then to take this position at Prokom Software S.A. joint stock (since 2008 Asseco Poland S.A.) where he worked since 2005 to 2008. In September he became the Financial Director at Fota S.A.
Radosław Wojtkiewicz – Member of Board
Radosław Wojtkiewicz studied at the Farm-Technical Academy on the Agriculture Department in Krakow and Bydgoszcz. Graduated the agriculture specialization. His professional carrier is strongly associated to Fota S.A. Between 1991 – 2001 he was a Trading Director at Trading Company Fota. After the company’s transformation to the joint stock he also continued to be a Trading Director. During 2003-2008 had been holding the position of Trading Director at the Joint Stock. He is currently appointed to the position of Correlated Units Development Planning and Supervision Bureau Director.
Karol Dudij – Member of Board
Karol Dudij graduated from Physical Education Academy in Gdańsk and Canadian International Management Institute. Between 1996 – 2000 he worked as a Key Account Sales Representative at Master Foods Poland. Since 2000 until 2001 he held the position of a National Major Account Manager at TNT Worldwide Express. While between 2001 – 2003 Mr. Dudij was working as an Area Sales Manager at Lyreco Polska S.A., in 2003 Karol Dudij took up the position of a Purchase & Sales Manager and Proxy at Action S.A. which he held until December 2010. Mr. Dudij was a participant of several training concerning management, motivation and marketing. Since December 16th Karol Dudij has been holding a function of Board Member and Sales Director at FOTA S.A.
