Fota S.A. informs that on the 1 April 2010, the Board of Supervisors passed
a resolution concerning the selection of auditing body entitled to examine
the semi-annual and annual financial statements both single and consolidated
for the year 2010. The Board of Supervisors authorized the Management Board
to conclude an appropriate agreement. The selected auditor is BDO Numerica
with premises in Warsaw. BDO Numerica appears at the register of firms
entitled to examine the financial statements held by the National
Association of Expert Controllers.
Fota had been cooperating with BDO Numerica when it comes to financial
statement audit, both single and consolidated throughout 2007, 2008 and
2009, the decision made is meant to continue the cooperation.
The auditor's body selection followed the Status of Fota S.A. according to
regulations and professional norms being in force.
