Fota S.A. informs that on the 6 of April 2010 the Board of Fota S.A. signed
an agreement with Kredyt Bank S.A. with premises in Warsaw concerning the
letter of credit granting, joined by an appendix in form of an agreement for
the renewable operating credit to cover the withdrawals from letters of
credits.
According to the agreement articles the Bank grants the Debtor the line for
setting letters of credit possible to finance from the renewable operating
credit in the amount of 3.500.000,00 USD (three million five hundred
thousand USD). The interest rate is based on the WIBOR index enlarged by the
Bank's margin. The aim of this agreement conclusion is to make it possible
to finance the products import from the Far East, direction set by the new
strategy of the Company. Fota intends to majorly increase its share in the
income worked out on the products brought from Asia according to the market
trends.
The agreement have been settled until the 31 October 2011.
